“Firstly, I take away the process of how Innovation can be done through design thinking, the number of activities and brainstorming that can be done to fix a problem. Secondly, I take into account and have learned that all shareholders have to be analysed and taken into account, every step of the process counts and input from user is of key importante. Lastly, I have learned how to create and test a lo-fi prototype and improve my skills of interviewing and testing different concepts.”
