A tailor-made workshop where participants use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in order to share perspectives and create a common understanding of issues such as problems, vision and strategy.

Teams use LEGO bricks in order to represent their thoughts and perspectives in 3D models.

The objective is for everyone to participate and for everyone to share, thereby building a stronger sense of teamwork and creating a shared understanding of important issues in the organisation.
