WHY FAKAWEE ?
How to fly people at the heart of change?
CHANGE PRASE WHY FAKAWEE ?
What does the digital transformation, employee engagement and savvy customers mean for the future of your business? How can you innovate, motivate people and stay relevant?
If we want to change something, we need to know where we want to go. Common sense, right? But what if we have different perspectives of the reality? What if we have different ideas of what the real problems are, surely we will have different ideas of how to solve them?
How can we create a shared understanding of where we are, with all the complexities that surround us, so that we are better prepared to decide where we want to go in the future?
“ THIS BRINGS US TO A SIMPLE BUT IMPORTANT QUESTION:
WHERE THE FAKAWEE ? “
THE FAKAWEE MINDSET AND METHOD
At Fakawee we have developed a methodology which helps teams and organisations to create a shared understanding of the problems that they have so that they may be able to decide which problems to focus on and solve.
We accompany you so that you can create a shared vision of where you want to go and then a plan to get there. We do this using a Design Thinking approach, putting people at the heart of change.
” WE DO THIS USING A DESIGN THINKING APPROACH,
PUTTING PEOPLE AT THE HEART OF CHANGE. “
The workshop aims to stimulate the imagination, create and test new or better services, products and processes. We will guide you and your team through the Design Thinking experience where you will understand the problem, co-create ideas, test a prototype of your solution and present (pitch) your idea.
MEET THE FAKAWEE BIRD
Fakawee is inspired by the creative capacity of people to solve tough problems together. Like our namesake, the Fakawee bird, we are curious and love a challenge. We adapt easily to different environments.
Like the Fakawee bird extends it long neck to see the horizon; or drops its head to focus on a tiny insect on the ground, we see the big picture and are able to zoom in on the details. Of course, the Fakawee bird flies in a flock.
