It strives to create learning environments that are interdisciplinary, inviting, engaging, and empowering.<\/li>\n<li>In order to continue their progress, it is essential that the 3 institutions have a shared vision. The workshop, besides being a fun and new way to approach a problem, allowed all participants a chance to express, in an uninhibited way, complex ideas with their colleagues (and superiors).
