PROBLEM<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

How can we use Design Thinking to help us to understand and solve tough problems which impact our personal and professional lives?<\/p>\n

The prestigious university Externado de Colombia in Bogot\u00e1, together with the ESADE Business & Law School, wanted to provide an immersive online learning experience to professionals who have not used Design Thinking before.<\/p>\n

The objective was to help a diverse group of 128 professionals to learn and apply Design Thinking in an online workshop.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

APPROACH
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

16 Multi-disciplinary teams collaborated online in a 4 Days Design Thinking eWorkshop. The workshop was developed and facilitated by Fakawee.
\nEach team worked on solving one challenge:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Emotional Health of people working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/li>\n
  • Climate change and global warming.<\/li>\n
  • Diversity and inclusion in the workplace.<\/li>\n
  • Healthy eating habits for families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Teams learnt the Design Thinking process and applied it in order to solve the challenge.
    \nFakawee facilitated the ideation, prototyping, user test and iteration process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    OUTCOME<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Each team created a solution.
    \n16 solutions were created and shared online.
    \nParticipants learnt the methodology as well as working in a collaborative online tool, Miro, in a multi-disciplinary team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
