This is a serious challenge for labour inclusion and society.<\/li>\n<li>Fundaci\u00f3n Prevent creates awareness, accompanies, trains and connects people with disabilities and companies to achieve labour inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Over 12 years the Fundaci\u00f3n Prevent has given bursaries to more than 500 university students with disabilities.<br \/>\nFundaci\u00f3n Prevent wants to create an innovative solution to the unemployment crisis for young people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ed145b; font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt;\">APPROACH<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Fakawee worked closely with the Fundaci\u00f3n Prevent using the Fakawee Method\u00ae.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">We held workshops and conducted empathy interviews with various stakeholders in order to understand the underlying problems of labour inclusion.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">We analysed the future of work trends and what that may mean for labour inclusion of young people with disabilities.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">We held ideation workshops with students and companies in order to create a new solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt; color: #ed145b;\">OUTCOME<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Talenteando, is an incubation programme for diversity and inclusion.
