This requires a new way of thinking and a fresh approach to problem solving and experimentation.<br \/>\n      The company wanted to challenge existing assumptions about their patients and wanted to explore how they could provide better care.<br \/>\n      Some of the challenges include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How can patients have better disease management?<\/li>\n<li>How might we help doctors to embrace digital innovation?<\/li>\n<li>How can we improve information management in hospitals?<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ed145b; font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt;\">APPROACH<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>      Fakawee collaborated with ESADE Business and Law School, Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Catalunya (UPC) and EINA (design school of the Universidad Aut\u00f3nomo de Barcelona) to create and deliver a 3 months immersive learning experience.<br \/>\n      Eight multi-disciplinary teams from the 3 universities worked together in order to tackle a tough problem faced by the organisation.<br \/>\n      The methodology included design thinking and Lean Startup.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt; color: #ed145b;\">OUTCOME<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Teams conducted extensive market research and user interviews to understand the problems better. Initial solutions were created and shared with users. Following the feedback the solutions were improved and final prototypes were created.
