It is a public university hospital renown for its healthcare, research and teaching.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital\u2019s Strategic Plan aims to continuously improve the hospital for the patients and professionals.<\/p>\n<p>The hospital wished to immerse a team of professionals from different departments in the design thinking methodology. The objective of the workshops was to learn the design thinking process by applying the methodology to solve a challenge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #ed145b; font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt;\">APPROACH<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fakawee collaborated with Hospital Cl\u00ednic in the design and facilitation of design thinking workshops.<br \/>\nDuring 3 days professionals from different departments in the hospital (doctors, nurses, administration, nutrition\u2026) worked in teams to solve a challenge.<\/p>\n<p>During the workshop teams consulted with patients and colleagues to gain a better understanding of the problem. They then applied ideation techniques in order to create various solutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"child\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: Oswald; font-size: 18pt; color: #ed145b;\">OUTCOME<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Four different solutions were created.
