How can we transform labour inclusion of young talent with disabilities?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

FUNDACI\u00d3N PREVENT NGO<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The unemployment rate of young people with disabilities in Spain is 60% according to Universia. This is a serious challenge for labour inclusion and society.<\/span><\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/mk_page_section][mk_page_section bg_position=”right top” bg_repeat=”no-repeat” bg_stretch=”true” padding=”50″][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]CHALLENGE<\/span><\/p>\n

Over 12 years the Fundaci\u00f3n Prevent has given bursaries to more than 500 university students with disabilities. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The client wants to create an innovative solution to the unemployment crisis for young people with disabilities. The project challenge is to create a new service which attracts, supports and promotes labour inclusion of young talent.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]APPROACH<\/span><\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>Fakawee is working closely with the Fundaci\u00f3n Prevent using a design thinking methodology. <\/span><\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We held workshops and conducted empathy interviews with various stakeholders in order to understand the underlying problems of labour inclusion. <\/span><\/p>\n

o \u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We analysed the future of work trends and what that may mean for labour inclusion of young people with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

o\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>We held ideation workshops with students and companies in order to create a new solution.
